Proposing new component for Paragon

Notes:

• Will this only be interacted with by faculty members?

  • If so, we might be able to have less strict a11y concerns.

• Should this be a Paragon component?

  • Will this be used outside of studio?

  • Likely not. Maybe it should live in GitHub - openedx/frontend-lib-content-components: [Moved to openedx/frontend-app-course-authoring] A library of high-level components for content handling (viewing, editing, etc. of HTML, video, problems, etc.), to be shared by multiple MFEs. ?

    • Let’s check in with the owning team of this repo to see if the component could make sense here.

• Currently only used in Studio.

  • a11y of current state was done before @Jeff Witt started. Let’s revisit the current state of the art:

Notes:

• Axim getting interns in ~1 months.

  • It lasts for XX weeks.

  • 2 weeks - 1 month after they start.

• Is there an opportunity for them to contribute to Paragon?

  • Revamp of a component?

  • Is there a component we want but haven’t gotten around to?

  • Something that would be good for intern levels.

  • Let’s check in with design on their input/feedback for ideas as well.

    • (Axim can put in some design resources on this as well, if needed.)

  • Upgrade MathJax to v3.2 under a waffle flag?
