Milestone Status / Blockers

• v1.3 - Ready / close to close

  • Yellowdig configuration question - Discussed how course level is tied to the context of a course-edx-url and what the student experience is here

  •  

• v1.4/v1.5 - In development

  • Most tickets that are open in next 2 week sprint.

• v1.6 - Post creation mockup questions (new type of post)

  • This is meant for a future milestone - https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/TNL-8464?src=confmacro , which we can review in future grooming sessions.

  • Post-Creation caused a CAT-1, will follow-up offline on validation + testing

  • Current experience is a plain text editor, future ticket will add new version of TinyMCE. Additional sanitization possible with bleach.

  • Symbol plugin is currently expected scope.

  • Some work necessary to get TinyMCE to work as expected in our React codebase.

  • Latex support not a must have, can separate this requirement out to another ticket.

• v1.8 - Which providers are expected to be supported for program discussions?

  • Currently - LTI integrations, not edX discussions experience to start.

  • Configurations will be done by edx administrators only

  • Discussed two places to configure these discussion integrations:

    • program level page in edx-platform (legacy) -

    • Degree Portal (React Code) -
