• I (Becca) would like to hold a retro once a quarter to assess our processes and strategies and things since, let’s be real, I am making them up as I go along.

• Should we move to once every 2 weeks?

What should we aim to have done by when?

• Define and verify(?) a set of basic capabilities that need to be fulfilled before any particular squad can start

  • lms, discovery, ecom, MFE able to be setup in a short period of time

    • Minimal installation instructions in one place

  • Recipe for extending to add another piece

  • Automated testing

• At least one squad is fully moved to Tutor

  • including documentation & rationale

  • all necessary plugins for this squad are created

  • scripts or a set of commands to generate initial dev data

• Squads with members on devenv are moved to tutor

  • Expanded scripts/commands for dev data useful to multiple teams
