Next steps to begin tracking more fine-grained work (5min)

Decision We’ll create a designated project space in the working group wiki. Each project will have a folder to add product documentation. Jenna will create the infrastructure and circulate.

 

Tools we use for other projects:

  • Product wiki for product documentation. Example

  • Kanban boards for tracking child tasks, etc. Example

    • 2U onboarding an engineer to support

    • Goal: create a problem set

    • Next step: Feedback on Problem Statement/Product Brief

  • File Management (Bryan)

    • edx has identified requirements and initial mocks in progress

    • Next step: Feedback on designs next week from group

    • Next step would be design frames but on hold

    • ASU prefers to create an MVP that could be created sooner
