Axim Engineering Repo Maintainership Process

The Axim Engineering Team together and several members individually are the maintainers of many repos in the Open edX Project. This document outlines how we ensure that (1) all PRs are triaged within a week of Opening, (2) that Authors get feedback on a weekly basis on changes they make and (3) that any security updates are applied within in a week of them being published.

To accomplish all 3 tasks, all repositories have a primary maintainer within Axim that is responsible for these actions. All repos are reviewed once a week by the primary maintainer. For most of the repositories, the maintainer related work occurs on Mondays during working hours in the ET timezone in the USA.
