Tested the current github actions on an edx-platform fork.
- one-dependency upgrade workflow passes on fork
- upgrade-requirements workflow fails on fork because it requires token GITHUB_TOKEN currently setup under edX org and passed to this workflow when it is being called.

Improving review experience for non-CCs

Discuss PR reviews for non-CCs, the “triage” role, and if there is any role that enables resolving comments for someone other than a CC.

No custom roles possible for now
Could be helpful in resolving comments on a PR while reviewing.
Author contributing through fork isn’t able to resolve the comments directly.

Action items

@Usama Sadiq will look into the implementation of updating the requirements upgrade workflow update for forks.

@Robert Raposa will look into the Resolve Comments issue and report back.
