RG and Zeitlabs have been collaborating on architecture for learning academies
Each have made a proof of concept
at login there’s a tenant selector. Each can have their own login screen (and method) with custom branding
From account settings page, user can switch
Ed: best would be to have one central app where orgs can add their own instances
Have to think through some edge cases
Would be good to support both: ie: instance can have their own, but can also have a open edx app
Marco: would make sense to revive Confluence document for a product direction perspective. Can link from there to OEPs
Next steps
OEP initial reviews then community review including outreach to pull in interested parties when it is ready
Outline future roadmap/ direction: dynamic theming (potential to move to utilizing Paragon for colors), considerations for Ed’s point re: Open edX app but also supporting separate builds.
Review Confluence Learning Site selection proposal (Link) and update
Demo: streamlined LMS to mobile app linking
@Ivan Stepanok
Login using LMS url. Very quick switching, but security concerns.
PR reviewers needed
@Edward Byun
Open call for PR reviewers. At the moment, we have Zeitlabs and Raccoon Gang. Means if one of the teams is at capacity, PRs will be blocked.
Ulmo cutoff
@Volodymyr Chekyrta
Code cut October 9
Current scope: course content view, visual course progress, app level dates, fixes and improvements
These are blocked by back-end PRs
RG is working on how to merge code if platform PRs are not merged
Course home and app level dates are contingent on PRs
Course content and progress pages should be able to merge
