Recap Last Meeting

• Releases: Teak 2 shipped Aug 21 with a backport fix. Ulmo cut date is still Oct 9 (to confirm in Release Planning) → no concerns with date for now.

• Retrospective items: Some can start now, others will move into the Ulmo milestone. Need to match items to proposers before assigning. Backlog cleanup needed for overdue items from Redwood and Sumac.

• Roles: Release testing coordinator and security patcher still unfilled. Maria will ask Andres; if not available, forum post to recruit. @aamir ayub will cover product liaison during Chelsea's leave.

• Issue board: Agreement to review high-priority/blocked items live in biweeklies. One current release blocker has a fix pending review. Plan to list unassigned issues and share with community.

• Next steps: Maria to follow up on retro item ownership, roles recruitment, and unassigned issue list. Jorge to confirm release dates in planning meeting.
