Program OKRs

Program OKRs

Sustaining the Distinguished Contributor Program

Purpose

This page outlines the program-level OKRs for the Distinguished Contributor Program. These are not expectations placed on individual Distinguished Contributors, but guiding metrics that help the program remain sustainable, relevant, and community-driven over time.

These OKRs are community-informed and subject to evolution. They reflect our shared values of recognition, openness, and excellence; not compliance.
