 Discussion topics

The Documentors Working Group focused on aligning testing documentation with the Ulmo release test cases. Peter reported that matching test cases to existing docs is more challenging than expected, with mismatches between test instructions and documentation, and some test cases lacking any corresponding docs (like user login and password reset). The team agreed that docs should be the reference point going forward, with test cases adjusted to align with documentation. John and Peter will work through the test sheet from opposite ends to identify links and gaps, with priority given to newer features like libraries, taxonomies, and in-context metrics.

Ana volunteered to create a short video demo for libraries using AI-generated voiceover as a test case for making release notes more engaging and shareable.
