We will align on priorities, structure, and concrete actions for the year ahead, building directly on lessons learned from 2025.

Objectives for Today:

Key open questions to resolve

• QBR format: Option 1 (all together) vs Option 2 (1:1) vs Option 3 (hybrid) - what will be adopted and why?

• BizDev WG future: Keep as-is, consolidate focus areas, or fold into the QBR structure?

• Data sharing boundaries: What fields are acceptable/expected vs optional (especially sensitive metrics like revenue)?

• Execution model: How to turn insights into outcomes (decisions, roadmap movement, shared messaging, retargeting actions)?

• AI positioning: Should “AI-native/AI-powered Open edX” become a formal unified message, and what concrete capabilities back that up?

1. Recap of the problem statement

• Attendance + fragmentation → need a lean model

• Missing systematic market ↔ product feedback loop tied to real buying decisions

• Need clearer deliverables + cadence + interface to Product WG / AXIM

2.Decision #1 - BizDev WG structure (focus pillars + owners)

• We consolidate from 5–6 areas → 1–3 pillars (per multiple inputs).
