Retrospective		There are no comments yet on the retrospective page. Given the time that has passed, does it still make sense to push for written feedback there? Proposal: schedule a dedicated 30 minute meeting this week focused only on the retrospective, so we can talk through what happened and define immediate actions. Does that approach make sense to everyone, or would you prefer a different format?
Release model discussion		We agreed last time that the release model deserves a deeper discussion. Where is that post, and when can we realistically start the async discussion?
Ulmo point releases		Do we want to define tentative dates for Ulmo point releases now or wait for the release model discussion?
Roles for the next release		@Maria Grimaldi will send a follow up post so people can reflect on whether they want to continue, switch roles, or help in any other way.
