Follow-up from May 4, 2026

Verawood release

• LTI fix (Feanil): backport confirmed merged. No further action needed.

• RBAC backports: one backport merged, no other backports reported so far.

• Sandbox: up, but some errors reported in Studio (course details). There is a Slack thread tracking this. Would be good to get a status update. How can we help move this forward?

• Point releases (Ulmo and Teak): one expected Thursday. Process for now is to request on Slack or directly on the PRs while a formal process gets established.

Testathon

• Virtual May 6 session was moved to May 12. May 12 is now the first virtual testathon.

• Conference testathon: still need to check with Peter on whether the birds of a feather slot is confirmed with Sarina.

tutor-minio

• No update yet, still in backlog.

MFE core contributors

• Forum thread still pending.

Indigo

• Chelsea and Adolfo are auditing the theme. Update expected after their post-conference touch point.
