This page enables us to track the status of rewriting our legacy frontend pages to MFEs. See https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FEDX/pages/1590263881 for a decision tree on when to rewrite a page. The possible statuses are:

UNDECIDED: Rewrite or DEPR - if the owning squad has not yet decided whether to keep the existing page and rewrite it or to delete the page in lieu of a completely new experience.
Bye-bye (DEPR) - if the page is to be replaced completely with a “buy” solution or another modern alternative, where feature parity of legacy features are no longer necessary. See Thoughtworks' recommendation to not migrate legacy features as parity.
Plannin' - if the page is planned to be rewritten on a team’s roadmap, but the development work has yet to start.
Workin' - if the page is actively being rewritten. We keep the page on this status until the project is fully complete, with 100% users on the new experience.
Launched- if the new experience is fully rolled out to 100% of users in all edX environments that the owning squad finds relevant to this MFE: Stage, Prod, Edge, Devstack, Sandbox. Should satisfy the https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FEDX/pages/1917944547.
We did it!- once the new experience is launched and the old implementation is fully removed.
