Skilljar - Randomized Content

Skilljar has support for Question Banks that can be used within quizzes.

Modifying a question bank that is in use can invalidate learner attempts at the quiz, requiring them to start the entire quiz from the start.

Skilljar has no form of question tagging or categorization, or item discovery other than question bank selection and naming. When using a question bank, the only options are to use all questions from within the bank in their original order, or to randomly select a preset number of questions.

Quizzes (where all questions are presented) can be inherently randomised - for example, a quiz can hold 20 questions and then be set to only present 5 of those questions to each learner at random, in a random order. Skilljar has no functionality for presenting random non-question content to learners.

Above: When selected, the user can select whether to use all questions in order, or a number of random questions. The user can see how many questions exist in the bank.
Above: You can see on each question bank which questions are in use and how many quizzes use that question bank.
