How-to: Access Aspects Reports via the LMS

Note: A user can only view Aspects Reports for courses on which they are listed as staff. Superusers can view data for any course on their instance.

Notes: Users who plan to view information for one course and then another may chose to navigate to Superset to easily view course-level dashboards for one course and then another.

Notes: Site operators and superusers who want to view an Operator Dashboard showing data for their whole instance can do so by navigating to Aspects Reports and then over to Superset.

1. From the Learner Dashboard, find a course you want to view data for

2. Navigate to the Course Outline by clicking the course image or the course name

Open

3. Click on the Instructor tab

   Open

   

4. Click on the Reports tab

5. Navigate between the three course-level dashboards by clicking on the dashboard tabs
