Acceptance Criteria

Provider will be given access to two sandboxes: one that uses the Indigo theme and one that uses the Open edX theme in its raw state with no fixes.

Milestone 1: Provide screenshots and recordings of the two themes for the following pages of the platform: Account and Profile pages

• Using the template provided, provide the following for each page:

  • Screenshot(s) of the entire page from the sandbox using the Indigo theme

  • Screenshot(s) of the entire page from the sandbox using the Open edX theme

  • Recording(s) of any and all actions/interactions that can be taken by a user on the page from the sandbox using the Indigo theme

  • Recording(s) of any and all actions/interactions that can be taken by a user on the page from the sandbox using the Open edX theme

  • Add a note when more information is needed to communicate what is going on with a page on either sandbox when not fully explained by screenshots and recordings

• Provide the output of Milestone 1 along with any suggested revisions to the template used  (if applicable) to contact at Axim Collaborative

Milestone 2: Enumerate the views for each tutor-supported MFE

• Provide a list of views that exist for each of the tutor-supported MFEs listed below:

  • Tutor-supported MFEs:

    • frontend-app-learning

    • frontend-app-account

    • frontend-app-profile

    • frontend-app-authoring

    • frontend-app-learner-dashboard

    • frontend-app-gradebook

    • frontend-app-authn

    • frontend-app-discussions

    • frontend-app-catalog

Milestone 3: Provide screenshots and recordings of the two themes for each of the views enumerated in Milestone 2.

Once contact at Axim Collaborative has reviewed the output of Milestone 1 along with suggested revisions to the template used (if applicable) and has provided feedback on the template for the output for Milestone 2:

• Revise the template based on the feedback from contact at Axim Collaborative (if there are any revisions)

• Using the template provided (with any revisions), provide the following for each page:

  • Screenshot(s) of the entire page from the sandbox using the Indigo theme

  • Screenshot(s) of the entire page from the sandbox using the Open edX theme

  • Recording(s) of any and all actions/interactions that can be taken by a user on the page from the sandbox using the Indigo theme

  • Recording(s) of any and all actions/interactions that can be taken by a user on the page from the sandbox using the Open edX theme

  • Add a note when more information is needed to communicate what is going on with a page on either sandbox when not fully explained by screenshots and recordings

Artifact Collection Template
