Destination edX	Course Info API	XBlocks with Children	steveR (Deactivated) suggests that he would like to be able to configure on a per-application basis which XBlock is backing the CourseInfo api, so that individual instances of the platform can customize which fields they want to present. Calen Pennington (Deactivated) suggested that using the existing XBlock plugin infrastructure would be a convenient way of doing that. However, selecting between many different `course_info` XBlocks gets significantly easier once the XBlock Runtime has been moved to a per-application basis, rather than a per-modulestore basis.
Solutions	Problem Bank	XBlocks with Children	The Solutions team feels that Problem Banks would be best implemented as pure XBlocks, and that they should use children as part of their implementation.
