What did we do well?

  • The Jenkins Pivot turned out well
  • New Jenkins work is about to be merged
  • Stu's availability to review PRs has been very helpful!

What should we have done better?

  • We shouldn't have attempted to use a technology that was not in place and stable under such a tight deadline
  • Should have met more with the engineers on Neem for coordination
  • Should have invited more people to John's house
