Who is on call?
General
- Respond to all OpsGenie alerts
- Acknowledge
- Investigate
- Escalate (if needed)
GDPR
- Check the daily GDPR prod-edx/prod-edge Splunk reports for abnormalities.
- Investigate any Jenkins-reported failures of the user-retirement-collector job.
Open edX
- The on-call person should spend no more than 20% of their time on open edx tickets during their on-call week.
- Review any PRs on which the platform-team is tagged.
- Assign to other teams as appropriate.
- Review the backlog for any new OSPRs.
- Use this Jira filter:
- Take action on any new OSPRs.
- Re-assign/move as appropriate.
- Review the associated PR.
