What did we do well?	What should we have done better?
Triaging went well Team did well in both triage and sustaining even with reduced strength Reducing triage queue below 8	When working on CAT 2s, our velocity decreases. This would take time but I think we can improve this slowly Do we think every ticket marked CAT-2 is really a CAT-2 ? We should go through [Archived] Bug Categorization Guidelines We need to watch out for Stakeholders to influence tickets
