Metrics?

  • can we define metrics to measure success?

    • counts of tickets

    • tickets resolved / month

      • broken into dev done and no-dev done

    • calculation of waste %

Process

  • think of process in two ways, high level team process

  • daily workflows with CR/Jira

  • Farhanah to get prework done of reaching out to Lahore leads for input + straw-man
