Escalation teamwork is transparent for everyone to analyze. In order to know what the has been doing, you have the following resources.

Performance Blogs (Mavericks) | Statistically highlight the nature of work the team does during a month (i.e. a total of 4 weeks and a set of 2 Escalation cycles) to effectively do a comparison and analysis with Educator-Escalation Dashboard. | Every Month |
Sustaining Mavericks Dashboard | Graphical representation of what is going on with the number of incoming issues and issues being resolved. It provided various quantitative measure which is very helpful. e.g. Total Incoming Issues, Total Issues triaged by Escalation team, Total Issues resolved by Escalation Team, Time of the First Response on issues by Escalation team. | - |
