🗒️ Meeting notes
We only got the chance to discuss the last and second-last items on the agenda before time ran out.
Ali Hugo did an run through of the current state of the Content Tagging wireframes, with group members asking questions, clarifying the brief, and giving UX feedback throughout.
Santiago Suarez spoke about developing an approval process for UX/UI designs. His suggestion of incorporating some kind of voting mechanism was well-received, as was his idea to use this meeting as the place to handle such a vote (perhaps with the option for absent group members to place an async vote after the meeting).
Post-meeting, Jenna Makowski and Ali Hugo discussed the possibility of using a standard format for these meetings: a presentation of one UX-in-process project, opening the floor for feedback, and then using the group to gather consensus on "done".
✅ Action items
- Ali Hugo to update the Content Tagging wireframes based on the feedback received from the rest of the group
- Ali Hugo to share the updated Content Tagging wireframes on the wg-product-ux-ui Slack Channel
- Jenna Makowski to start a document with some kind of checklist outlining the requirements for a UX/UI project to be approved (accessibility, etc)
