Possible concept of an Open edX Public Content Repository:
Options to either share libraries publicly or with other institutions
Place to upload to share materials for use by others under a ccby license
Place to find materials others have shared for reuse under a ccby license
Pulls in descriptive metadata when items are uploaded
Browse, facet and search capabilities
eg I want to be able to search for learning sequences on Topic X delivering Outcome Y available for reuse under a CCBY license.
eg I want to be able to search for problems on Topic X that 90% of learners answer correctly in fewer than 3 attempts.
No capacity to author or configure - just a marketplace to share and use others’ content
