    • It would be useful to have a database of users who would be prepared to participate in usability tests from time to time

    • Users could be grouped according to their specific knowledge and experience of the platform

    • It may be worth investigating how tools like UserVoice, Gainsight, Segment and FullStory use segmented lists to address specific user concerns
