Identify top 3 projects and focus on getting these over the line
Checking on statuses across all 3 meetings - Product, BTR, MFEs, Redwood planning
Need better status update views, status for confidence level?
Support for PRs and ensuring all outstanding PRs get over the line
Pre-implementation/early implementation technical support (eg a “technical consult”)
eg, Sidebar nav, getting a senior architect involved early
Product review:
Move away from the repo “owner” making the final decisions on which PRs get approved. Rather, product sends recommendations about which features get included or not.
Coordination with maintainers WG and create channel for communicating product review decisions. Sarina to report back.
