  • Should maintainers update PRs if it's easy to update?

    • Yes -> Should they do it with a merge commit or via rebase?

      • Via Merge Commit -> so that we don't break the author's ability to pull the branch down. A rebase would cause the branch to be very out of sync with the local dev branch.

  • Do we expect issues to move between orgs?

    • Yes, as different "orgs" act as maintainers.

    • From the GitHub org point of view, this is a little more complicated because you cannot choose a project in a different org to add an issue to. There is a work around here as you can add the full qualified URL and that will work.

    • Current point of pain is the Spinx upgrade to v6 which we cannot take across the project at this time.
