  • Acknowledge
  • Investigate
  • Escalate (if needed)

• Check the daily GDPR prod-edx/prod-edge Splunk reports for abnormalities.
• Investigate any Jenkins-reported failures of the user-retirement-collector job.

Open edX

• The on-call person should spend no more than 20% of their time on open edx tickets during their on-call week.
• Review any PRs on which the platform-team is tagged.
  • Assign to other teams as appropriate.
• Review the backlog for any new OSPRs.
  • Use this Jira filter:

  • Take action on any new OSPRs.
    • Re-assign/move as appropriate.
