Palm will be was released on June 9th14th, 2023. It will be is the 16th Open edX community release.

• If you have notes to add for Palm before the release happens, please leave them as review comments on the release notes PR: https://github.com/openedx/docs.openedx.org/pull/321.

• If you have notes to add for Palm after the release happens, then please amend the release notes by opening a new PR in https://github.com/openedx/docs.openedx.org.

Palm is based on branches cut two months earlier on April 11th, 2023. If you have made changes on master or main since then, they will not be part of Palm, so please add them to Next Release: Quince instead (unless you also backport them to Palm).
