Overview
In order to have the information necessary to constantly improve Open edX, the "Survey Report" project was created. This project allows administrators to send anonymized information about their initiatives.
We want administrators to send information voluntarily, so we propose the implementation of a functionality that displays periodic announcements in Django Admin inviting administrators to contribute their information.
Problem
To make informed decisions and continually improve the platform, it is essential to collect data but in discussions it has been made clear that we should not collect it automatically, it must be voluntarily sent by initiatives managers in all cases.

Solution
We propose the implementation of an announcements functionality in the Open edX Django administration panel. This feature will periodically display an informational message to administrators when they log in to the administration panel. The message will invite administrators to contribute anonymized information to help the community understand how to improve the platform.
The message will include:
A customizable message describing the importance of data sharing and how it will benefit the user community and that the information collected will be treated confidentially and appropriately anonymized before analysis.
