Copy a latest requirements and commit it to the master

Check the builds and launch.

To Cut-off

Checked out latest master of repo-tools

make install

Create open-release/sumac.master branches with:

tag_release --doit --branch open-release/sumac.master

Did an exclusive repo cut-off (OPTIONAL):

tag_release --doit --include-repo openedx/openedx-translations --branch open-release/sumac.master

Do a backport PR for sandbox requirements freeze: TODO (example: https://github.com/openedx/edx-platform/pull/34757)
