File a request with Axim to create a read-the-docs project for the repo.

For Axim Engineers

1. Log into ReadTheDocs.org as the openedx-rtd-maintainer user. (Credentials in Keeper)

2. Create a new project connected to the new repo.

3. Add the new project as a sub-project for docs.openedx.org so that it’s all under one domain.
