Outline Key Objectives and Actions: Draft 2-3 primary objectives and a list of key activities to support member success and revenue strategies, and prepare to share them at the next meeting.

Bring in Sales-Focused Colleagues: Sales-facing colleagues can offer invaluable insights on customer success and engagement. Please encourage your colleagues in Business Development and Sales to join and bring their perspectives!

find a project and partner who can become a brand ambassador who will be promoting a brand
build a network of influencers, maybe sponsor videos
Highlight regularly that the Open edX platform is modern, is becoming easier and easier to use and to maintain
Research if it’s true that US gov mandates to use certain LMSs, and if yes, we need to lobby our interests there
Explore regional communications in local languages and identify the user base
Work on messaging on how to present the pricing comparing to other LMSs
