Removal

We will be removing this repo, as we are not using it anywhere.

Replacement

We no longer use Open ID as described in this ADR.

The https://github.com/edx/auth-backends library provides functionality for calling our OAuth+JWT endpoints.

Thank you for pointing that out. We now have a process for archiving repos that allow us to move the repo to a new edx-unsupported Github organization, which allows Github to automatically forward old references to the new location. We can use that process for this repo as well.
