Joining Working Group Meetings
See our The public Open edX Working Group calendar which contains the schedule of our recurring Working Group meetings. All the meetings for all working groups are should be listed on the calendar. If you click on a meeting, you’ll see the meeting details and you can join the meeting’s call - no invite needed. On that Open edX Working Group calendar, when you open it, you’ll see a button that looks like this:
...
Push that button (on the calendar, not here!) to add the shared calendar to your Google Calendar account. We also have the calendar ID to open in specific app in case that helps.

DevOps Working Group
...
Collect, discuss and resolve all matters related to the technical operations of an Open edX platform, both in development and in production.
This working group is in close cooperation with the other DevOps sub-groups (see below). Issues related to their area of expertise are dispatched to them. Other issues are processed internally.
...
The primary communication channel of this working group is the forum. If you would like to report an issue, you should add it to the GitHub project (but discussion on the forum is strongly encouraged prior to creating an issue).
Forum: DevOps (to be created)
GitHub: repository, issues and project board
Slack: #wg-devops (to be created). Note that the Slack discussion channel should only be used for quick one-off Q&A. Slack conversations are not indexed by search engines; it’s difficult to do support over Slack; content is not publicly accessible and is hard to discover; notifications are hard to follow. Thus, for most matters, you should use the forum category above.
Meeting: discussions will be held on asynchronous channels as much as possible. No periodical, synchronous meeting is planned for now.
