    • edunext will build an additional set of permissions - professor/admin to manage a subset of students

      • Not in scope for 2U work, but 2U will review the PRs

      • Through open edx filter - can be extended based on any logic

  • File Management (Bryan)

    • Beta testing is set to begin next week on edx.org

    • Confirm whether it will make the quince cut off(?)

  • Aspects Data Platform, formerly Stats panels (Jenna)

    • Jenna to connect Felipe and Brian about using edunext data scientist contractor for the first set of Aspects reports

    • edunext implementation - currently tracking real events that are translating to xAPI statements

  • Graded Discussions (Cassie/Jenna/Elizabeth/Aamir

    • The Ethiopian project agreed to fund a minimum feature set starting point

    • Feature set will be MVP and driven by ASU

    • Next steps:

      • ASU and OpenCraft product teams draft a first pass at a product spec together (based on ASU's needs)

      • Jenna/Community Product Working Group review the spec, and offer guidance if adjustments need to be made for core product alignment or community-wide implementation

      • ASU and Opencraft design the MVP frames and prototype for usability testing purposes

      • Jenna and the UX working group collaborate on the usability testing and refinement

      • ASU drives implementation, and Axim can step in to fill gaps if there are community-specific needs not being met (ie. outside of ASU's budget)
