Team Swarm on Design for Existing Paragon Components

Objective

Complete the (re)design, documentation, and Figma library for all existing Paragon components by February 8.

Who

• We need each member of the team (Experience and UI) to be responsible for at least 1 component.

Responsibilities

• Adam will assign a component to each member of the team (There are 3 tickets per component).

• Team members are responsible for completing the design, documentation, and Figma component within two weeks of it being assigned.

• When you’ve completed the design, assign the ticket to Adam. Adam will review the tickets and add the item to the design system weekly meeting to be shared with the team.

  • Note that the design system weekly is only for identifying blocking concerns.

When

• We will begin these two week cadences Monday 1/11.

• As of January 4th we have 42 open issues (14 components).

• Let’s aim to complete all issues by February 8th (four weeks total).

Figma and Design Support

• Adam will schedule a time to review how to build components in Figma.

• The UI team will have office hours two days a week to support visual design or anything Figma related.
