1) This could be broken out into communication channels and a separate page for projects but for now I’m dumping it all together.

2) If this is specifically for 2U folks to reach out to tCRIL / open source working groups, that would be useful for us to be able to also link non-public pages and slack channels. For now I’ve written it sort of agnostic to who owns this, and maybe this is just about tCRIL’s entry points for anyone in the community.
