Content Libraries Overhaul

Value Proposition and why we’ve relaunched (pull from Libraries Relaunch Proposal: For Product Review , https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1IeCVClg2iV_KrURM5vMBEWOtcmPpQshntKmsAfObgsg/edit#slide=id.g2e55a96eb73_0_778

Key changes

  • From many libraries to one: Libraries now support content at scale

  • Libraries support any content reuse, including but not limited to problem bank randomization

  • Reuse, remix, (share), manage independently from the course

Demo use cases (record as videos):

  • Create sets of collections within a single library to manage assessments and randomization needs (Harvard)

  • Create “playlists” around subjects, effort levels and more

  • Align competency or skills tags to content

  • Easily track content usage in courses

  • Sync updates centrally

New functionality and changes
