MySQL 8.0

Although there are no immediate plans for move to MySQL 8.0, this page can be used to capture any known issues.

• During the Django 3.2 upgrade, the ticket https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/BOM-2867 was due to Github actions using MySQL 8.0 by default. Presumably, this will be a real problem when we do need to upgrade to MySQL 8.0. The Django issue https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/33169#ticket was created at the time.
