Open edX Persona Profiles

As part of ongoing market research around Open edX use cases, I’ve been building a Directory of Open edX Persona Profiles. Persona profiles are:

• Generic profiles of “typical” platform users from a particular sector

• Intended to highlight user goals, motivations and pain-points

Persona profiles can be used to inform both product strategy and project design and execution, as they center the conversation around defining the problem that requires solving.
