Upgrade attempt to Nutmeg:

• Legacy LMS navigation issue · Issue #197 · openedx/wg-build-test-release

• Timed Exams & the Learning MFE - stopping the use for

  • MIT uses it timed exams and the learning MFE and hasn’t come across the issue so there might be a configuration fix

  • @Maksim Sokolskiy will also look into it
