Version upgrade alerts should be shown when user opens the app in a snack bar with 2 options - upgrade and dismiss (for android there is no dismiss button, user can slide to dismiss the message)

The snackbar does not persist

 

  

We will also have snack bars for version upgrades with different text, ie. A new version of the app is now available
