Wish List

• Find dead code in the codebase (never run in production)
  • Though keep in mind that it may be run on other open-edx instances, but those can then be noted as such
• Time-based TODO items
  • Expire after a certain date - indicating either:
    • The corresponding JIRA ticket should be elevated to a CAT-2 and completed ASAP, or
    • The TODO item should be deemed no longer necessary and deleted.
