• finishing work on rewriting tests

https://github.com/openedx/paragon/pull/2531 - Skeleton component:

• we have an idea for what reason the Skeleton component after the release of the new version of Paragon is not displayed in the MFE (most likely the problem is caused by differences in the Gatsby and frontend-build builds)
