@Pankaj Bhatia and @Poonam Singh are leading the initiative with support from @Vineet Manuja
@Pankaj Bhatia provided an update on the Global RFP Focus Group's progress, mentioning that they are in the planning stage and will begin activities within a week.
Current stage: Planning objectives, goals, and participant engagement.
Action Plan:
Create a Slack communication channel for discussions.
Define a structured action plan for global RFP opportunities.
Subscribe to RFP provider sites for tracking opportunities.
Establish a wiki page to document updates and allow feedback.
Next Steps:
Try completing planning in a week and launch key initiatives.
Slack will be the main platform for communication and coordination.
