  Made test branches with:

  tag_release --doit --branch --output-repos repos.json --search-branch open-release/palm.master --override-ref open-release/palm.master max/p4

  Tagged the release via:

  tag_release --doit --tag --input-repos repos.json --search-branch open-release/palm.master --override-ref max/p4 open-release/palm.4

  Deleted the test branch via:

  Posted an announcement on the forum: Palm.4 has been tagged
