make install

Made test branches with:

tag_release --doit --branch --output-repos repos.json --search-branch open-release/sumac.master --override-ref open-release/sumac.master farhaan/s1

Tagged the release via:

tag_release --doit --tag --input-repos repos.json --search-branch farhaan/s1 --override-ref farhaan/s1 open-release/sumac.1

Deleted the test branch via:

tag_release --doit --branch --input-repos repos.json --reverse farhaan/s1
