  • 4 components updated to be js-styled

• When Adam gets back, review PRs for stacking and organizing themes

Many warnings in paragon console need clearing up:

• inputRef params not respected

• outdated lifecycle methods

Data table, we have design specs for the sidebar filter, and slated for work in Titans for the bulk enrollment use case

Small none design related nuances to handle in regard to selecting all rows beyond the first page of pagination
